2. Online saat jadwal war. tidak terganggu akun lain
3. Push training troops T4 pada saat Pre-KVK

Notes :
- Stop upgrade riset/tech academy & bangunan. kecuali hospital
- Stop upgrade komandan (EXP/star/skill). kecuali belisar/caocao
- Maksimal hanya 5 komandan yang menggunakan talent/equip
